#BADEXPERIENCE
It’s
too late actually telling this #badexperience today. But, when I think about it
more, it is really silly yet funny. I think this is my silly side and thanks
God no one [someone I know] saw this directly. But I don’t mind telling it to everybody
because it’s just like a movie (a movie containing silly events). Yup. When it
happened, I thought, “Wow. I’m a real actress. Main actress *noteit*.”
It
was in 2013, as long as I remember, in the end of the year.
I
just happened to have an as-if important event in Jakarta (again n’
again). I think the God of Fortune was not on my side at that time. It’s
because there were unfortunate events list following me:
FIRST,
When
I decided to buy train ticket to Jakarta, I got the expensive one. All economy
and business classes were sold out #dang.it! One thing you must know that
executive class is not always executive in real. Even if it’s stated that the
train will reach Pasar Senen station in 5am. At that time, the train didn’t
even reach Jatinegara st (still long way to go). Then, I decided to get off in
Jatinegara st. after some considerations.
SECOND,
I
didn’t hold ticket for coming back to Malang after the agenda and I must have
it since I had final exam for Qualitative Research Methodology in UM at 7.30am.
God. Ottokhajyo?! Even, after maghrib I didn’t get the train ticket. Then, my
brother told me to take plane. OMG. Impossible. Why? Because I never went alone
by plane.
THIRD,
It’s
so hard to stop taxi in Jakarta. It was already 8pm and I had to be in Soekarno-Hatta
(Soetta) Airport so that I got the early flight. I stood alone in front of
Gramedia Matraman for almost 30 minutes but I didn’t get one taxi. Then, my
sister – like a heroine in a movie – came and helped me. Ahahaha… sooo
embarrassing moment #jeongmal.
FOURTH,
Got
the shocking news from the staff of ticketing in Soetta Airport that there was
nomore flight to Malang at that time and that I was late by seconds since the
plane was already took off. Huhuhu… the staff told me that the next flight to
Malang is at 5.30am. Hellooo… I don’t think it’s enough to get to UM for my
morning exam. Finally, I decided to take the flight to Juanda Airport
(Surabaya) at 9.10pm by Lion Air which cost almost a million :( #veryexpensive
huhuhuhu

OK... #expensive |
FIFTH,
I
was so happy that in 30 minutes I would have to be in airplane and –an hour
later– arrive in Surabaya. Then, that horrible announcement came and informed
all the passengers that all flights were delayed because of the bad weather. Especially,
my flight (I forgot the code) would take off at over 11pm. Hwaaa… I must wait
for an hour and half in airport’s waiting room. Gosh, it’s too cold! Can’t you
please turn down the temperature? #dusun! I never get used to aircon even if
it’s in my own work-place, movie theater also.
SIXTH,
I
think this is the top of the top bad events. While waiting for my flight, I
spent the time to read the material for exam. I was so eager to pass that
subject since I don’t wanna be in the same class for the next year. The subject
is hard, anyway #sorry Prof. Adnan :(
My
back felt numb then I found an empty seat and decided to take the whole
long-chair to lie on. I happily read Prof. Adnan’s book and prayed that I would
get good score. I didn’t care how weird my position was when I comfortably lied
on the chair like in my own home hehehe… My concern was all about to get the
nice position to study for exam.
After
over 30 minutes reading the book, my eyes were so heavy, perhaps because I was
too tired that day and didn’t get sleep for a blink.
Then,
I finally realized I woke up from my sleep. I was so confused and look at my
watch and it’s already the time for me to be in airplane. Hwaaa… I packed
hurriedly and asked the staff and they told me that the line for verification
was almost ended. YUP. ALMOST. Not THE END yet. Then I found an almost-end line
and lined up and… got on the bus that would take us to the plane.
Pfiuuuuh…
Alhamdulillah.
Thanks
GOD!
I
wasn’t left behind!
I
blamed myself many times for falling asleep on that accursed chair ^.^v
SEVEN,
Yeah,
the unfortunate event hasn’t ended yet, guys. After arriving in Juanda, I
thought I can take Damri (official airport bus) to Bungurasih bus station. But
I was completely wrong. I asked the security and got the info that the bus
usually starts to operate at 4am.
And,
there I was… waiting and waiting and waiting for over 3 hours since I didn’t
trust the travel agent at all hehehe… they were so scary in searching
customers.
ALL
IN ALL,
I
was safe arriving in UM right 30 minutes before the exam started. I took a bath
in UM and came in to the class ^.^v #wasseoyo!!
Eventhough
that was the unfortunate days for me, but… it’s OK, that’s LIFE!
You
are not alive when you only got the fortunate events anyway #ngeles
